Sure a “good plan” ….. but have they?
There should be no consolidation until AFTER they execute a “good plan”.
The higher priced post consolidated shares will result in reduced interest from the market resulting in a MC decline until any good plan is executed.
Remember immediate post consolidation SP needs to be 28.9 cent per share to just have the same pre announcement value.
Let’s hope they don’t try and do a whitewash and claim a post consolidation SP of 20.4 cents is the relevant restart price
