Capital raise at 1.2c to existing holders (1 new share for every 5 held) ... good value but will drag down the SP
Share consolidation of dividing existing shares held by 17... good in fact that less shares on issue but bad in the fact you will potentially lose your bang for you buck (1.6c now V 25c after consolidation) ... easier to jump from 1.5c to 3c and double your money versus going from 25c to 50c
I can only see further capital raises later again further diluting and eroding share holder value
Still I guess this was probably inevitable and was always on the cards moving forward.. progress is good.
I would preferred the asset be sold now.
