Undersubscriptions will be notified on Monday. Still not sure about the underwriting agreement and how that may (not) progress given the details provided in the prospectus and the fall in indices. Sadly, the company has not provided any information either. Perhaps they are waiting to see how well it will be supported?
If this CR does not get over the line, I'm not sure how they will progress ANY drilling and, there isn't even enough $ in the bank to cover the fees to the underwriter ... SO4 could simply pick up the tenement for nothing if GTE goes belly up!
I purchased a few million rights on market as I was only holding options but have decided to let them go unexercised.
