So far this year 180100 AUD in expenses have accrued for Hepburn consulting (page 40 of the prospectus). Once the raise is done the company will hopefully terminate this agreement! Hard to believe he is consulting there almost every day. Beside that what are his tasks as a director? Seems to be just more of the same as our last board of royal earners.
