Wasn’t it one of ECT,s mottos to protect shareholder value? IMO they weren’t able to get the loan finance for BM upgrade as stated in the September 4 announcement which has left them with one option, more dilution. If they do get full subscription it means over 10billion shares on the register and a heap more options. OMG I’m so glad I sold. I really feel for the long term holders who have supported them, especially the ELF holders, who’ll be tearing their hair out reading this announcement. IMO If they pull this off they are still years from returning any SH value. If they don’t get minimum subscription I really think it’s all over. Hate to be so negative on a stock that I held and supported for many years but I just can’t see anything positive about it. Best of luck to remaining holders, I’m praying it works out for you.
