I totally understand @amitz with the SP down to 1.3 after hitting 3.7 months after management said offtake discussions were picking up pace only to read the real thing picking up pace were discussions with an underwriter. After this, one has cause to be prudent with investing more money in the company.

Put it this way when you hold 20 million shares every cent the SP moves is $200,000 eye watering when you are then asked to stump up more.

For the record, I sold some other stocks to find funds for this allocation plus some more rights bought on market BUT I am very nervous, I must be honest.
