I find this quite bizarre. The huge jump in volume on the last day of trade, Tuesday, before the halt yesterday and the very last trade of the day on Tuesday reducing the sp by a further 20%. Then less than 2 days later a 63 page prospectus is presented based on 0.4c. Historical low. As at the end of December LPD had $5.7Mill in cash. Why do a cap raise at the worst possible time in the companies history? When there was $5.7Mill in the bank just 3 months ago?
