There are long time serial moaners complaining about the rate of progress of the development of new chemistry to extract lithium (and valuable by-products) from mica pegmatites. This may be as a result of frustration.
It is one thing to be complain about progress. It is quite another to seek to place a company in a position where an opportunistic outsider can raid its resources and IP.
If investors want to see LPD deliver on its strategy, then support for this capital raise will provide the funding to realise a lithium chemical plant in KIZAD, supplying non-Chinese lithium and Cs into the global supply chain.
