The share price generally falls to the offer price during a raise, the offer of free options that you can sell later on market, or exercise to average down in the future, (if all goes to plan), is the enticement to help stabilise the on market price, the share price has not fallen apart. Its a personal choice as to how much risk you will take for a potential given reward, its still a spec stock that is derisking its operation over time.
