I assume your making the point it has not been proven at commercial scale, so how do we prove new technology (that has not been commercialised before ) at commercial scale before we can build a commercial size plant. I know, if only Joe and the BOD would get off there backside and prove this technology at commercial scale and stop applying for patents and all those other rubbish type permits and wasting time on a mine in Namibia and running pilot plant campaigns to provide the background work to get the finance to build the commercial plant, they should just stop wasting time and prove it at commercial scale, then we would really know whether to invest or not to build a commercial sized plant.
