Had a offer for substantial equity, clearly they didnt want to dillute to externals
Is it really that bad? Apart from disappointment in LPD against Lithium Shares, LPD is opening up a whole new market in the EV space. It was always going to be discounted against pure lithium plays.
Ofcourse i'd like to see this much higher before a CR, but equally if you believe in the product and the vision, we are getting rights at very low prices. Thats a reward for LT's- ST's shouldnt be in penny stocks like this
