Such a valid point but no one will want to hear it.
Related party expenses is too broad and smells to me.
IMO there is alot of conflict of interest going on with not much accountability or detailed info from the company to shareholders.
Any payment to SM is benefiting the directors and shareholders of SM.
More details and clarity should be provided to LPD share holders.
