Time and time again @R08, pre-revenue companies have consolidated share capital in an attempt to be trading at some mystical price that makes them appear more attractive.
Time and time again, the post-consolidation price simply gets marked back down towards the pre-consolidation amount. There seems to be a failure to recognise the degree of impact on the share price that market sentiment has on pre-revenue companies.
It is far better (and JW has suggested it) that there will be no consolidation until after revenue is being booked, and the market can value LPD based on actual (not forecast) earnings.
Others may have a different opinion and have called for a consolidation now. It demonstrates their failure to understand markets, companies with an achievable strategy, and the conviction to pursue it.
