They cant even get two announcements on same day correct!!

So quarterly says loans due December 2024 now!!

Corrected announcement no longer refers to

"Renounceable issue" - Versus "NTL Rights offer Successfully concluded"
Probably because 25% takeup isnt deemed successful and they failed to raise the minimum 2M as set out in offer document

"is now in a positon to move forward with its strategic plan"

Probbaly means they are now not in a position to move forward with their strategic plan as they didnt raise the 2M minimum


Removed altogether so probably becuase of the immediately being in a position to move forward with strategic plan as needed 2M and must be some participation by Mr Hamish Brown the largets shareholder they refer to if that has been removed

There have been more stuff ups in governance and releases in last 3 years under new managment than the prior 30 years!!!!

Please could you explain to us shareholders Jonu Mr John Upperton Executive Diretcor as you choose to post on social media sites what was corrected and why?
