Assume they could not demonstrate to asx compliance that that is actually true, but we don't know because the company is, true to form, not being transparent.
Here is my prediction, as the company is a governance basket case , the ASX will tell the company to consider whether they think they are "suitable" to be listed on the asx.
NTL will come out and say something along the lines of to reduce costs, simplify, and given reduced interest in NTL by Australian investors ("i wonder why") they plan to delist from the ASX. They will pat each other on the back and disappear into the backwaters.
