Kori I am a DAU shareholder that did not accept ORD bid for the reasons unfolding, 1. they didn't have the money, 2. the number of shares on issue and now further shares to be issued that would dilute everyone more significantly. how do you state ORD got 75% FIJV for nothing? they have to spend $6 million for it, their present raising of $3 million is not enough especially when you take out ORD management fees, where are they going to get the rest from? issue another 3 or 4 billion more shares? and who would subscribe for them? the DFS numbers provided was for gold at around $1400 so I don't think banks are going be eager offering $ to develop it and what happens if gold goes back to $1100 as some predict?
