I'm not sure that it is that simple. The offer says you have to be n the Register on the 5th to be eligible for the rights.
Say I bought on last Friday. Rights started trading yesterday. Could I have traded my newly acquired rights yesterday? It appears not. But those instos involved in the capital raise who held last Wednesday apparently could. How is that a fair and transparent market.
