4/4 ex date is the date for the rights to be traded on NZX until 26/4. It's different from the 2xA$0.49 entitlement which stated that you must be on the company's record as of 7pm (NZ time I guess) in order to be eligible to purchase the 2x0.49 share issued. The offer starts on 6/4/22, ends 2/5 5pm NZ time where the company must receive the application and payment by 2/5 5pm. In order to be safe, you have to transfer your money at least two days before 2/5 to ensure that the money is cleared in time.
