    Is this a NEW INVESTORS TAKEOVER?????
    • THIS COULD MEAN THE NEW INVESTORS HOLD 50% OF ARW. Underwriting, plus there existing holding plus the options.
    • Will AMU take up there entitlement or will it be sold off as per the last rights. (To the new investors)
    • I might be Dum but if the New Investors underwriters take up there full entitlement the shortfall plus the option entitlement they could control ARW.

    TRANSPAIRANCY. Not mentioning the Grant and the wrong figure for the land sale to me is unacceptable to potential investors.
