No .....they go ' Ex - Entitlement ' on the 29th. That means you have to BUY them ' Cum Entitlement ' no later than today. Same as a dividend. The ' Ex Date ' is the day the Dividend paying stock will normally give up the cash component of the Dividend .....and sometimes a portion or the whole of the ' Franking ' credit. So your last day to BUY is today to receive the rights.
