Those who sold yesterday and today may of given away a golden ticket as the entitlements may be worth BIG money if the NAL is a goer by the start of April. The low volume may be a sign. They may have put end of April as a worse case scenario. Some people may be taken by surprise. Not me as I topped up yesterday! It's a good opportunity IMHO to mop up a few more while I can.
