Central Petroleum Limited (Company) with the assistance of Patersons Securities Limited has arranged a fully underwritten renounceable rights issue to raise approximately $22.7 million in a one (1) new share for every two (2) shares pro-rata issue. In addition each five (5) new shares have one attaching option exercisable at 16 cents on or before 31 March 2014. The Entitlements Issue Prospectus was released to the market on 17 March 2010.
ASX Limited have now advised that the �Timetable and Important Dates� included in the Prospectus previously released to the market needs to be corrected to the extent that the �Securities quoted on a deferred settlement basis� should commence on 16 April 2010 (the day after rights trading ceases) and not 23 April 2010, as is currently in the timetable.
