You would think they would have given us some indication of how much we might get on the scale back. I think the take up should be well less than 90% due to internationals not being allowed to take part. Surely patos get nothing if it is oversubscribed, can awayone confirm this as the announcement said something about our SPP funds and the shortfall facility being used for .....
I would hate to be scaled back so thoughs bastards can get their fill.
