with the metrics of the project - the reason for the evident conservatism I think is because they've utilised averages to base logistics on... and @62%... which whilst probably being best practice, does not account for the really sudden and intense increases in premiums the past couple years, re concentrates/mag/pellets.

so they're playing it super safe.
