2020 I started researching for upcoming Magnetite produces due to the costs of producing steel in China was out of control.. My company owns two foundries in China. In 2018 power costs became so high we started to only pour during the night (off peak power costs). Steel producers need to look for cheaper alternatives. Again, high grade Magnetite iron ore gives this. The South Australian Government understands this and is implementing their Magnetite strategy. Unfortunately HIO is on the wrong side of the boarder to benefit from this... No royalties to S.A. Government = no help with funding... Not aware of any announcement from the N.S.W. Government with a Magnetite funding strategy?? My holding in HIO was only small due to risk of not proceeding to mining... Much higher risk than MGT (in my opinion).

Current share prices mean bugger all to me at this stage... Consider where we are on the Lassonde curve. If / When we beome a producer of high grade iron ore, who gives a shit if your 5 million shares have an average cost of 2.5c or 3.1c??
