Timing is less than ideal. Why we didn't wait until the first drilling results? The price would be likely higher and dilution less severe.
Secondly, a discount of over 30% never sends a good signal to the market, it seems that the price was pumped up for a while mainly by the director and the real value is around 7C ( at least its the impression I get)
I cant see any benefits of a CR now and the market didn't like it either.
