Some of my basic calcs

say I hold 75k shares,

if all goes to plan and I am successful in acquiring my entitled 1 of 15th shares offered

75k (initial holding)÷15 = 5000 shares available to purchase @10 cents

so I spend $500 to get 5000 shares plus 1/3 exercisable shares @ 20 cents (5000×1/3 =1667 rounded up shares)

i now have and additional 6667 (rounded up)shares added to my additional holding of 75k - new total 81667 shares.

if further positive news is announced (IMO this is imminent )and the share price reaches 20cents and I choose to sell my shares purchased in the renouncable rights issue (6667 purchased at an initial cost of $500) for 20cents ($1333 worth of shares) I get a $833 return ( $1333 -$500 initial rights price)

at 20 cents my initial holding( 75,000 shares) before my renouncable rights purchase is worth $15k. Selling my renouncable rights at 20cents gives me a 5.5% return .

price of remaining shares ($15,000)÷ sale of renouncable rights profit ($833) = 0.055%

if I wanted to convert this to a theoretical dividend

5.5% of current share price (20cents) = 1 cent

i am only posting as some may find errors in my math (please let me know) and of course this is subject to the current share price increasing to 20cents, but I for one see this only a matter of time before this happens.

in layman's terms I view this as Jerko saying - here goes your first divided of 1 cent (if I sell higher this increases) thanks for hanging around.
