$0.01 = 1 right to acquire 1 share at $0.10 plus a 1:3 option at $0.20
$0.11 = buying 1 share on the market with no attaching rights issue or option.
Before it went ex-rights then:
$0.11 = buying 1 share on market with 1:15 attaching rights issue option (plus 1:3 on the rights)
As above, other option is shortfall bidding where:
$0.10 = buying 1 share at $0.10 plus a 1:3 option at $0.20
