Fully paid shares are trading ex entitlement today - so he could buy three shares at 10.5c each
if someone would sell him 3 rights at 1c he would have to pay 10c each to convert them so he would be paying a total of 11c each but he would be getting one free 20c conversion price option with a 3 year expiry date
