I could not care about the shortfall allocation as most here have had ample time to accumulate a good position and confident when Halo gets FAA and sales ramp up significantly we could finally be rewarded with what many thought including myself, would happen much sooner but with a much larger market opportunity that could prove a multibagger opportunity.
