today is the last day to buy the stock on market to be able to take part in the rights and receive the free attached option ... record date the 19th meaning has to be settled ... or you can buy the right when they start trading but it is worth noting that 1 for 2 option using a stock price of 58 cents is worth around 16 cents per option or 8 cents of value per rights ...
