It could be possible that the other 5 drone companies listed only lodge their applications recently. And as more companies do so, the list will grow. And if they go by first come first serve, Airobotics might get its approval months before the rest starts to gain their approval. After all, looking at the strenuous requirements, it will take a while before an approval can be determined.
