I totally Concur with you @fattchoi... that is how I understand it also when I read the Automic doc "Entitlement and Acceptance form"...
You have to accept your full entitlement first and then there is an option to buy ELS shares at 45 c ( Shortfall Shares). Nowhere is it state that you need to buy rights first to be able to buy additional shares.
@TLVCalling ... your comment on that would be appreciated.
