I just can’t see how this is in the best interests of holders, particularly long termers. I have been around els for quite a while and I think we all knew a raise was going to come at some point - it had been discussed on other threads.
the fact they have had to do the raise at a 25 % discount is unfortunate. If all this great news was imminent, why raise now, wait till it hits 80-90 cents plus then pull the trigger.
anyways hope for you and others it works out well, I really feel ELS have missed a big opportunity here.
