@ Lefever - Thank You for the ELSOA information; your assumption on what constitutes "overseas" on the other hand is wrong. It is not at "ownership level" but @ custodian level. Think about it, how could Nir have taken up his shares otherwise?
So I put it out there again - these 18 mio shares have been taken up in my view.
