yes and how much are the NEO share worth now ? around 60 odd million ? so call it 140 odd mill they'll still owe to twiggy after he's taken the NEO shares. Now call me crazy but i dont think the idea was to borrowed the money off twiggy to buy a stake in NEO so they could own said stake for 24 mths to see its value halve only to then give it back to twiggy and Still owe the full amount borrowed. Your right to call it a s%$# show thats for for. But never the less they'll still owe the 140 with and only have a MC of 50 mill. how do they pay that loan back ? who's going to help you finance the loan to pay back the loan plus construction cost etc etc. whats twiggys gonna say ? look you owe me money, you can't pay but you have something valuable that i would like, lets work something out. now give me the keys and get out.
