"If only the Minimum Subscription is achieved, the funds raised are forecast to cover the costs of the Offer and operational/working capital expenditure expenses to July 2024."
So at BEST these guys need more money in another five months. And that doesn't even account for the $200m+ owed to Twiggy in 18 months!!
