I know it's a different sector but similar rights issue was done with AAF (I hold) with people able to apply for shares 1:1 @0.1c, it's share registry doubling from 900m to 1,800m recently. It's price went to a high of 0.7c before the record date, before falling to 0.4c now two months later.
So who knows what the price of SBN will go to, then fall back to after the rights issue @0.1c. Are you looking to get in at any stage?
