Mahe Capital probably thought they were going to make a killing, slowly selling some 250Mill shares ($750K at .003) obtained at a 70% discount to 30 VWAP of 1c....at a huge profit...it's now disappeared together with emptied pockets of current holders..pfff, gone..
Wonder if they have their lawyers going over the agreement now they've seen the light (SP down to issue price of .003!!) to get out of jail.. If not what if they dump as soon as they are issued the shares (any escrow?)...SP overhang for ever...or a Wipeout??
Unless they know something the mug punter (us) are not privy to?? They will own 25% of the company on issue of the shares!! ($750K/MC of $3m) What are other implications..???
