12 cents is 40 times the current SP and I am having difficulty working out what sort of partnership deal would result in a 4000% valuation increase.
BIT225 as a stand alone drug is partially effective going by the trial results and it is more likely to be used in conjunction with other drugs. That would need another trial undertaken by another party.
That could mean that the other party could use BIT225 but a payment to BIT would be in the range of a few million dollars. Helpful but not likely to increase the SP too much (working capital though I suppose).
