17k rentpay users @ $7 ARPU. $1.42m (using 14k starting, 20k endin - so 17k average over the year)
Advertising (lower of the last 2 years) - $1m
Renter products - $1.45m each of the last 2 years. If 1/3rd of that is rentbond (almost certainly more than that surely) 500k x 6 - $3m revenue.

$5.42m revenue.

It will be very interesting to see what of their promises come to fruition. Certainly a large rerate if everything comes together.
