Wasn't it more to do with the lower agreed rents moving forward compared to what had been forecast (or expected by 'the market'?)

I agree the announcement could have some $ figures in it to make it more informative.

I've been looking at purchasing some LEP but have held back due to the uncertainty of the court actions and the worry that LEP is essentially up against WOW. These rent determinations must be very complex and who knows which way the courts will decide?
