My analysis is showing revenue growth between 22% and 16%. Historically they been generating a $1.7 new revenue for each RR. Based on new info that they have doubled the sales conversion 10% then I am expecting this estimate to increase as well. I have low level of confidence (50%) on the estimates $1.80 - $2.55 but I can't see revenue growth being less than 10%.
10% was my original baseline base on last qtr results but this info as well my own sampling of agent coverage makes me think this will be a good quarter.
While this is good news it only shifts the dial marginally in terms of FCF. Still a few years before that happens but I am happy to ride incrementally bits of good news all the way to the bank.
