I agree he was very bullish and for a conservative chap, I agree that is significant. I thought for a minute I was watching a US preacher from the Southern bible belt, it was almost evangelistic!

Great to hear the ARPU target has increased from $8 - $12 and if they achieve their penetration target of 200K users, that will translate to monthly revenue of $3M. That's fabulous but I'm sorry Greg Bader that doesn't get you a Mkt Cap or valuation of $500M!!!!

Lets be honest, the Mkt Cap of RNT is ~$88M today for one reason and one reason only - Bevan Slattery. Even Greg Bader acknowledged the share price reset and the fact the RNT shareholder base has grown from 800 to 6000. It has absolutely nothing to do with what the company has achieved to date and if not for Bevan, the company's SP would still be languishing at $0.03.

As a shareholder, I really don't want to hear "every day we do good" or "the legacy for me or our business is that renting in this country is better for the fact that we exist". I expect the company to be a good corporate citizen and to focus on the triple bottom line, but please don't lose sight of the fact that shareholders own the company and as a shareholder I expect better financial performance, better capital management and better strategy execution.
