Jason Carroll, last time he did this there was an equivalent sell orders in other shares he holds - ILA
I honestly do not understand it, putting up nearly 5% of the company like that is just scaring people off.
He did just start with Tryp Therapeutics and possibly wants to put money into it.
I don't trust him, 3 days ago posting positive things on Linkedin, he also sold big when we got that hype from Bevan and then ranted an investor meeting in the question space last year complaining about the company for not doing a capital raising at the highs.
