He sounds smart to be honest, selling some at the high to make some profit and asking for a cap raise - which would have been smart to do.
Likely in it for himself which is fine. That video though... was that made by a cheap AI?
No idea his intention of shoving shares on market like that, unless he was tempted to sell or trying to entice someone to sell into his buy order. He's played these games before and ended up a net buyer, so no idea.
