I think it's worth watching. it seems like it's moving in the right direction, and hopefully momentum increases. from what I understand, they have quite a bit pipeline of agencies interested, so if they can make it enticing for them (en masse), it really has the opportunity to change the renting landscape. they have already signed up some major agencies that require you to use rentpay as a default position. this is a huge vote of confidence imo. I certainly see the next 6 months as a key period.
