They already have debt facilities for 50% and as mega said have proven resilient in finding funding. Cash flow from bio projects and now the shopping centres beginning though will hit full steam next quarter.
If the company identified a set of projects they could ask shareholders to tip in money if needed. It would be an easy sell as it would be somewhat guaranteed and the numbers known with projects ready to go.
Finding money won't be an issue if the projects are there. That's the most important part.
