Links to US and Canada projects as well which could integrate globally and provide further opportunities for growth
The acquisition will only add 139m shares to RNE so at current valuation of the combined transaction this values RNE at ~$26m only.
Very cheap on valuations considering peers PH2 $220m and SPN $120m valued at very similar progress and state of commercialisation to RNE
