Unfortunately guys there is next to no chance of the SA projects proceeding.
The reasons being are common place in the renewable sector which include:
1. SA is a horrible marketplace for retailing and generation due to the swings from -$1,000/MWh to $14,500/MWh;
2. No PPA has been discussed, hence it would be a wholesale spot price only generator;
3. Finance is ridiculously difficult to get when there is no PPA in place;
4. The MLF problems are completely unpredictable at the moment which means revenue is completely unpredictable.
